The company  with assist of the union have retained a Kinesiologist to assist in these ergonomic projects . The contract role will be to provide updated physical demand analysis and to provide the JOHSC with solid ergonomic recommendations.

Many employees will be asked to be involved in these projects or become a member of a  project teams. We encourage all Zinc Cellhouse and Casting employees to participate in these important ergonomic projects.
