Strike Update

On Friday Oct 14^th our union received an injuction handed down by the Honourable Justice Riopelle which restricts our actions at the Kidd Met Site picket line. You can see the order posted at the picket trailer and at the union office for further details. We will however continue to perform picket duties as is our legal right. Union members are still required to perform their regular picket duties on their originally scheduled days. Scheduled second picket requirements for the time being have been cancelled and will be rescheduled. You may at anytime and with as much advance notice as possible be receiving a phone call for this required second picket requirement.
