INSURANCE AND BONDING

Cloutier's Machine Shop Limited is covered by the following policies:

-- Liability Insurance with CGU Insurance Co., through Davidson de Lapointe  Insurance Brokers Ltd., for $16,000,000.00;

-- Workers' Compensation Coverage.

Cloutier's Machine Shop Limited is considering a possible addition of 8000 square foot bay area with 20' x 20' doors and a 10 Ton Overhead Crane.
