Most of these properties are located in northern Ontario and are plus 30 acres and provides excellent hunting and fishing and they will probably be sold or bid on for a few thousand dollars. The taxes are also very low. Although we just just had the first reading on these properties they should be up for sale or bid soon.

One look at this Lake Front property on the shores of Larder Lake and you will want to have it. The property has 34.00 acres with almost 1/2 mile of lakefront with excellent shoreline. This is a beautiful location with a southern exposure to build your own private cabin or subdivide the property into use for five to six or possibly more cottage sites that would pay for your investment for the property and allow you to enjoy Larder Lake. There is a public boat launch with public docking facilities approximately 1 mile away. You can fish for Lake Trout, Bass, Northern Pike, Perch, Walleye or Pickerel form the shores of your property. We have seen moose on or near this property and at the back door of your property Moose tracks and droppings are in abundance. Don't miss your chance to get this piece of northern paradise. According to the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines Patent Claim map which is online and you can also purchase a hard copy. This property already has EXCELLENT road access to the property line and with my military map reading skills, my GPS and a friends GPS readings which both indicate the the road goes through the property onto the adjoining property. This is an excellent property located just west of Beaver Lake. The north and west boundry is government land. This property has road access to the property and the road is in excellent condition +-100m from the gate to the lake. I did not have time to walk the lines but it appears well treed with birch, poplar, jack pine and balsam. It appears the part of the road goes through this property to the adjoining property to the east which has several buildings, docks and camps. See New Map |
