The four pointed star represents the Northern Star which guides us as well as the four elements of a successful enterprise : leadership, vision, warmth and administration.

The people are linked closely to the star and to each other. Consumers, survivors and families working together ; it also represents reaching out and community support.

The grey diamond represents the shadow of mental illness. It is covered by a white diamond on which Northern Star shines. The four points of the diamond represent the perfect balance of the physical, mental, intellectual and spiritual needs of the human being.
