Northern Star Consumer/ Survivor and Family Network is committed through a self-help concept to empower its members to develop an integrated, balanced approach to mental health, increase their own potential and learn necessary life-coping skills to enrich their lives.

Grâce à un concept d’entraide, Northern Star, le réseau pour consommateurs/survivants et familles s’engage à amener ses membres à adopter une approche intégrée et équilibrée de la santé mentale, à accroître leur potentiel et à acquérir les capacités d’adaptation nécessaires pour enrichir leur vie.

• Develop an extensive series of Mental Health Self-Help support groups.

• Provide information and contacts to increase mental and emotional support within the Self Help concept .

• Build a specialized Library and a welcoming gathering place.

• Mettre sur pied une série complète de GROUPES D’ENTRAIDE EN SANTÉ MENTALE.

• Fournir des renseignements et le nom de personnes-ressources afin d’augmenter le soutien mental et affectif dans le cadre du concept d’entraide.

• Construire une bibliothèque spécialisée et un lieu de rencontre accueillant.
