There are numerous primary and secondary schools in neighbouring towns that offer a wide variety of education options. Special needs programs are integrated in local schools and educational facilities for the developmentally handicapped are also available at the Alpha School in Kirkland Lake and the Gwen School in New Liskeard.
Post secondary education can also be obtained in the area through Northern College of Applied Arts & Technology in Kirkland Lake and Northern College School of Mining Technology.

The Program
Young children learn through the five senses and our child care centre provides
experiences to
enable the pre-schooler to grow to their full potential. We have special centres within
the room such
as housekeeping, books, listening, music, blocks, water, sand, creative science,
manipulative and
wood working. Other activities include: Circle Time, Special Days and Indoor/Outdoor Play
