Parks and Recreation

The community spirit of Englehart is evident by the level of involvement in the recreation program.
The Recreation Committee as a subcommittee to the Town Council, provides direction for the
coordination of recreation programs, activities and facility use.

Indoor Arena - minor hockey, figure skating and public skating
Curling Club - men's, women's and Friday night social league
Gymnasium - basketball, volleyball, badminton,aerobics

Lee Pool ~ Outdoor Swimming Pool - swimming lessons, parent and tot, adult swim.

The new Englehart Public Library is a beautiful new facility, located on 4th St.

Englehart and Area Historical Museum


Visitors to the Englehart and Area Historical Museum on 6th Ave. will experience an adventure
into the past. Exhibits include a school, country store, bank, post office, church, doctor's office and
a settler's home.

Outdoor Recreation

Fishing, hunting, swimming, boating, camping, canoe tripping, snowmobiling and skiing attract
