               Learn:     Whitewater paddling on Class I & II rapids.
                               Solo and tandem.

  Pre-requisites:     Little or no whitewater experience required, but some basic canoeing
                               skills  is an asset.

                 Date:     June 13th - 16th, 1998

           Location:    Groundhog and Tatachikapika rivers (tentative)

                  Cost:    4 participants =$325 + GST
                              5 participants =$300 + GST
                              6 or 7 participants =$275 + GST
                              8 participants =$250 + GST

           Includes:   - 1 or 2 instructors as required
                            - Canoes, paddles, Pfd's & helmets
                            - Safety equipment and rescue gear available
                            - Certification costs, cards & badges
