Some nice Lake Trout caught on Larder Lake northern Ontario, 30km east of Kirkland Lake. These Trout were caught on shore, fishing with lures and bait fish. From early 1940 to the sixties Larder Lake was used for commercial fishing and produced some Trophy Trout, Walleye and Pike with many sportsman catching trout and pike weighing 30 to plus 40 lbs.
