A PICTURESQUE SPRING SUNSET FROM THE SURROUNDING AREA OF Virginiatown and Kearns IN NORTHEASTERN ONTARIO. TAKEN AT LABYRINTH LAKE ALONG THE ONTARIO / QUEBEC BORDER APPROX. 5-MILES FROM Virginiatown and Kearns
Labyrinth Lake has a boat launch which is maintained by the ministry of natural resources ( MNR ) and is a favorite fishing spot for both the local resident and tourist alike. This northern Ontario fishing lake allows the angler the opportunity to catch their limits of: northern pike, bass and pickerel ( walleye ). Because it is a border lake, when ice fishing the angler is allowed to use 5 fishing lines no matter if you have a Ontario or Quebec fishing license.
Labyrinth Lake is located approx. 250km north of North Bay Ontario and 30 miles east of Kirkland Lake, northeastern Ontario. Just drive through the towns of Virginiatown and Kearns turn left or north on the outskirts of Kearns just past the Kearns bridge.
