1- Meeting called to order by Yvonne Hough at 1:15p.m.

5- Update on laptop purchase(David)

A Toshiba Notebook with Flash Memory was purchased from Quantum Express.

It also comes with Norton Antivirus subscription for one year Operating System: Vista

Total cost - $1306.26 (cheque #001)

6- New Business:
a) Possibility of awarding a Bursary/Award to a high school graduate; After discussion, we decided to shelve our idea for now and instead publicize the RTO one (see "Renaissance" advertisement) in our next "Contact"

b) May 2008 General Meeting -

Place & time: date ; May 14th (alternate May 7th)
Action: Yvonne (Rick) to look into possible places (New Liskeard, Englehart) and report at next meeting

d) Project "service to Others" Applications - we must choose only one today nd send it in before Mar. 1 w. acc. letter/ letter - info to other candidate
