c) Purchase of a laptop computer
Discussion regarding the need for a computer to record RTO business.
Said computer to be handed over to next host unit at the end of 2009. Upon
further discussion it was determined that David , being the most knowledgeable
on the subject, will be in charge of the purchase.
BE IT RESOLVED THAT "Due to his personal expertise on computers, David Bremner
be in charge of acquiring a laptop computer, suitable for RTO/ERO use.
