Day 1 - Thursday, August 20

7:00 a.m. Departure from Youlten Travel - Timmins (will do pick ups up to North Bay)

3:30 p.m. Approx. arrival to Orillia (dinner included)

Evening at your leisure

Day 2 - Friday, August 21

Breakfast at the hotel is included

9:00 a.m. Drive to Shopping Mall (Square One)

4:00 p.m. Check-in at hotel (Hyatt Regency - previously known as the Holiday Inn on King)

6:00 p.m. Old Mill Inn for dinner and dancing (entertainment starts at 8:00 p.m. with local band)

10:30 p.m. Return to hotel

Day 3 - Saturday, August 22

Breakfast is on your own

11:30 a.m. Leave for the Ball Game RTO/ERO members will be recognized as a special group in attendance. A portion of the price of the ticket and a donation goes toward a charitable organization to be chosen at the May Senate..

1:00 p.m. Game Time

Evening is at your leisure. Some may choose to see a show or for those wishing to go to Woodbine Casino, the bus will take you there for a few hours. TBA

Day 4 - Sunday, August 23

Breakfast is on your own

8:30 a.m. Departure for Timmins

$100 Non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Passengers may select their seat on the bus at the time of booking. Final date to book is June 15th due to hotel restrictions on room deposits.
