Ramsay Law Office Professional Corporation has proudly carried on the practice of law in the Tri Towns and Englehart area since 1932. W.R.Ramsay, Q.C., established the firm in Cobalt and moved it to New Liskeard in 1934. Peter Ramsay practiced with him from 1968 until his father's retirement and death in 1991.  W.R. (Bill) Ramsay II joined the firm in February of 2000 continuing the firm through three generations of Ramsays.

Peter Ramsay is a member of the Temiskaming and Canadian Bar Associations, a founding director of the Tri Town Foundation and a Member of Leave a Legacy Temiskaming. He continues to devote time to the organization as well as promoting local charities through his firm.	Bill Ramsay is a member of the Temiskaming and Canadian Bar Associations, a member and racing co-ordinator of the Tri Town Sno Travellers, is Past Commander and Training Officer with the Tri Town Power and Sail Squadron and the secretary of Hudson Lakes Association. He is fluently bilingual. He is known for "Boating With Bill" and "SnowmoBilling" which appear seasonally in Temiskaming Speaker.
