The Toolbox Zone and Other Stories
A collection of stories about growing up in small town Ontario.
The Toolbox Zone and other stories began as one story for a creative
writing course I took in 1991. The first story triggered more and as my mind was
jogged by my brothers and sister, more followed. They are stories about growing
up in small town southern Ontario, paper routes, first smoking experiences,
watching my dad build a house, my first encounters with finding out about human
sexuality and other sources of fun and games that the kids in my family enjoyed.
